On a neutral ground
You stand...
Nothing
above your head
You react
to an image
before you
You observe
You analyze
You dissect
You process
your
Perception..
You miscalculate
in confusion
You sit
from afar
Or just stand nearby
Your mind sways
back and forth
Your perception
Links to the past
Lingering
in your brain
Lasting
in your spirit
Unyielding
in your stand
Perception
is to a man
As roots
is to a tree
Both can stand
against the storm
Pull them out
and they are gone
Perception
is the time of the mind
The essence of life
The truth of existence
You stand...
Nothing
above your head
You react
to an image
before you
You observe
You analyze
You dissect
You process
your
Perception..
You miscalculate
in confusion
You sit
from afar
Or just stand nearby
Your mind sways
back and forth
Your perception
Links to the past
Lingering
in your brain
Lasting
in your spirit
Unyielding
in your stand
Perception
is to a man
As roots
is to a tree
Both can stand
against the storm
Pull them out
and they are gone
Perception
is the time of the mind
The essence of life
The truth of existence
Perception makes each and everyone to see things in their own different ways.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Zunnur. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jake...thank you for your brilliant comment. That is one fallacy that is inevitable in man...he judges only to find out later on that he was wrong...but he keeps on doing it until it serves his interest..oftentimes, education has nothing to do with it..most of the time, it is bias and prejudice interplaying in his soul.
ReplyDeleteNamaste, Jake. ;)
