War..
leaves a ghastly image..
Shattered dreams of the past
Shakes the unknown future
War is nothing but a fire
Consuming peace and silent souls
God 's rain shall intervene
To cool down the burning pain..
I join the call of all peace-loving sectors
to the leaders of all nations,
GIVE PEACE A CHANCE FOR THE UNBORN
BABIES OF THE FUTURE!
Shattered dreams of the past
Shakes the unknown future
War is nothing but a fire
Consuming peace and silent souls
God 's rain shall intervene
To cool down the burning pain..
I join the call of all peace-loving sectors
to the leaders of all nations,
GIVE PEACE A CHANCE FOR THE UNBORN
BABIES OF THE FUTURE!
Dear Bai,
ReplyDeleteI am happy to finally leave my comments on your blog. I figured out the problem with your blog and all the others that have the same kind of comment selection. It just doesn't work with Mac computers. I will now use my PC to address you and others. Talk to you soon.
Regards,
Joseph
Good and I am happy that the problem is solved, Joseph. You are always welcome here. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with your call for peace for all nations especially for the unborn child. I must imagine that peace is so elusive for our brother Muslims in Mindanao. May the day dawn when true and lasting peace and prosperity be really felt in the whole of Mindanao both for Muslims and Christians alike. Thanks for the exquisite poem. God bless you always.
ReplyDeleteI pray with you on that aspect, Mel.
ReplyDeletePeace is a need and not a privileged. Leaders both of the local, national and international communities must work hard to ensure that peace is an important part of their leadership. They must protect and preserve it at all cost.
